England, under the rule of Queen Victoria in this Victorian Age, is one of the world's greatest powers- what with a booming economy and industrialized nation full of high-ranked civilians. However, in this time of great peace and prosperity, evil lurks in the shadows and alleyways of London town, corrupting little boys and young men alike and devouring their souls. Little does the queen know that her beloved country is now being plagued with secret contracts and devil's advocates, demons and grim reapers running wild in the abundant English towns. To keep these pests at bay, angels have been sent to guard the human race, but being away from their precious heaven too long may have grave consequences as their minds begin to pervert. So hold on to your children and keep them close, for you never know when those menacing creatures will appear.
The current season is AUTUMN, and the leaves are changing and falling, covering the English landscape with all variations of reds and yellows. Hallows Eve is only a few short weeks away, so the lustful Demons are preparing their maneuvers. As always, be careful when walking the streets alone, and don't talk to strangers- you never know who may be hiding behind that mask.

Hey there everyone! It's that time of the year: EVENT TIME! Yes, yes the event has finally been chosen! The IC box event will be held Saturday October 22 at 5 p.m. EASTERN TIME, so BE THERE! You can read more in the Halloween Event thread HERE. The thread event will be held at Queen Victoria's castle; Kira will post first, and then others can. The Weekly Senator The Weekly Senator is the most highly esteemed newspaper in all of England! Their weekly stories are the most accurate and reliable, letting the citizens of London know the current predicaments of the city.
Central Square Lined with shops and fancy restaurants, the Central Square is the center of London, and houses the largely tourist-attracted Big Ben clock tower. Friendly waiters and tailors await to serve their mistresses and masters in this cosmopolitan area.

Stables The public stables house any incoming horses and carriages while the masters are off galavanting and dining. The horses and wagons are taken better care of than the stable boys who work there, and the fact that they are paid merely pocket change proves that only the lowest of the low work here.
Port The ports of London are booming with the imports of ravishing foreign foods, materials, and even people. However, lately there has been an escalation in illegal importation of slaves from India and Africa, and the police have been ordered to keep a close eye out during the night.

London Bridge Connecting the city across a large, dangerous river is the London Bridge. It's old stone structure makes its safety questionable to the common traveler, but to tourists it is a beautiful piece of history that everyone wishes to see at least once in their lifetime.

River The wide, deep river that travels through the middle of London, overpassed by the London Bridge. The banks are lined with steel railings in the hopes of preventing accidental drownings that have become common within the last few years. There is an annual winter festival that is held on the ice of the river when it freezes over, travelers from all over the world attending to see the marvelous acts and foods.
Streets (1 sub-board) Lined on both sides with residences and dark alleyways, the streets are the most dangerous and darkest part of the city. The lower class citizens tend to make their home here since they aren't able to afford any more.
National Bank Owned and overseen by the Duke of Brittany, this is one of the many chains of the National Bank. Others are located all across Europe, ranging from Spain to Germany, and holding the title Europe's safest bank.

Residences Lovely town homes house the middle class citizens of London. Situated right in the middle of the bustling city, the tiny population of middle class civilians are able to enjoy all the events and culture the town has to offer.

Factory The number one producer of smoke and smog in the area. Thanks to the newly reformed work laws, hours have been cut and pay has been minutely increased. However, there are still some factory owners that do not abide by the laws- forcing underage children to work long, hard hours for little to no pay, as well as women.

Cemetery Where the bodies of the dead and gone have been buried, feet under the earth. This is where the grim reapers like to call home, the smell of rotting corpses and ominous scenery inviting them in. Angels rarely tread on this dangerous land, the cemetery not as holy as many believe it to be.

THE OUTSKIRTS.
Queen Victoria's Castle This hundred-year old stone castle situated just outside of London is home to the current queen of England, Victoria. With a ten-foot high iron fence surrounding the property, and multiple guards on constant duty, it is nearly impossible to intrude unwanted.

Savage Estate Owned by the young Savage son himself, the three story estate was taken over by Damian after teh death of his parents. The property is complete with acres of rolling hills and fruit trees, a maze garden carved from shrubbery in the rear of the mansion. And what kind of estate would it be without the lovely, helpful servants to keep it in order? It is also the new abode of Damian's mysterious new butler, Laurent.
The Ruins This is what remains of the once infamous and strong royal castle that was burned many many years ago. The thousand year old stone has fallen apart, the ruins constantly falling and shifting, making it quite the hazardous place. However, to one who likes such places, there are still some rooms that have remained intact.

Faustian Forest Appropriately named after the faustian contract between one and the devil, this is an ideal place for demons to lurk in their animal forms. It is a very dangerous and perilous journey through the forest, and you might just unknowingly come across a demon in your travels.
